Cindy Fiedler, MA

Cindy opens the "Front Door" of LCM, either as a kind and professional voice on the phone, or greeting patients as they arrive. Cindy is the Queen of the Schedule, and answers her "contact us" email promptly. Also, a Certified Medical Assistant, Cindy assists in the clinical area on occasion as well. Cindy has worked in the medical field for many years and teaches "Medical Front Office Management class in Ashburn. She recently started volunteering at the Loudoun Community Free Clinic utilizing her medical assistant skills.

Terri Jaecklein, RDMS

Terri Jaecklein, RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) is LCM's Office Manager, in addition to doing our ultrasounds. Terri's warm and friendly demeanor help patients figure out their insurance/billing issues.  ( With us since almost day #1, she is the unofficial "Mom" of the practice and actually runs the place.)  She is often the person who assigns a solid due date by ultrasound, in addition to determining if a baby is head-down or breech. Terri has been with us since shortly after we opened our doors. When she's not here in the office, she is loving on her 5 grandchildren and traveling to see her beloved Red Sox play. She's a busy lady who keeps us organized and able to provide excellent care.

Seanan Aubouin

Seanan has been involved with supporting our work with patients through clinical support  and communications duties at LCM since 2007. She works with all our nurses to handle the flow of messages, medical orders, results, and advice in and out of the office and the charts, as well as providing care at clinical visits and appointments. A passionate advocate for midwfery care and women's health, Seanan has also birthed two lovely baby daughters with "her midwives".
